About the role:
This is a 12-month rotational programme with our specialist mortgage teams in our Scottish office. You will get the amazing opportunity to spend time with our Operations, Sales and Underwriting teams. You will gain experience across our core property finance products, buy-to-let mortgages, residential mortgages, and bridging finance.

You will work through the mortgage life-cycle throughout your rotations. Some of your responsibilities will be front-line support for our brokers, helping with enquiries on the phone, email and web-chat, liaising with solicitors, and carrying out searches. You will be exposed to viewing specialist reports and making commercial risk-based lending decisions.

You will gain a Level 3 qualification as a Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance with the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) with dedicated time to study towards this. You will also receive a fully structured training plan throughout the programme.
