2023 Apprenticeships now open

Sky Launch Customer Sales Apprenticeships   

Identify the ultimate package. Sell Sky products. Gain a qualification in Customer Services. Their Contact Centre Apprentices focus on having great conversations and delivering the best service for their customers.

Programme facts:

• This apprenticeship programme is 15 months
• Starting salary from £19,750
• Level 2/3 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification
• You’ll roll off this programme into a permanent position with Sky.

Graduate programmes in Tax with PwC

Location: Aberdeen 

PwC help clients stay ahead of the changes that impact their business. Equipped with the scale of a seamlessly connected global network, there where they need them – delivering deep tax technical expertise, while providing the critical context to help make informed and compliant decisions that drive their operations forward

As part of the graduate programme you’ll follow PwC's ‘Study First’ pathway, meaning you’ll focus on your ACA and CTA training and build up your knowledge and skills before embarking on client work.

Sarah followed the traditional path and went to university, but soon realized it wasn’t for her. She decided to take control of her own future with an Apprenticeship and make a meaningful contribution to her company from day one.

Level 3 Customer Services Apprenticeship

This is an exciting new permanent, entry level opportunity within Wealth and Personal Banking, which will see successful applicants to join as a Level 3 Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser. This is an 18-month Apprenticeship programme, with an opportunity for a progression to more complex role. Throughout the programme, you will get to know our product and services and be part of a team to deliver the exceptional service to their customers.
 

HSBC are looking for people to join their team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, who are ambitious and have a helpful personality. Customer service experience is helpful, but not essential, what they are really Interested in is a genuine passion for going above and beyond for our customers. At the start of your journey in your new role HSBC will
support you through a blended learning experience this is where you will learn how to be successful in your role through a mixture of virtual classroom & practical training, as well as having the opportunity to develop these new skills fully supported within your team. This will provide you with
the opportunity to get hands on experience and apply learning into practice.
