City Gate Construction (CGC) is establishing itself as an industry leader. Founded in 2003, they are a privately-owned Construction, Refurbishment and Maintenance main contractor with offices in Scotland and England.
Overview:
This fantastic opportunity is to join the Administration Team at the Paisley headquarters.
What will I be doing?
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying using the City Gate HR system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail using Outlook.
- Assist with general office duties, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Provide support to other team members as required.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with directing queries to the appropriate person or department.

Working week:
- Monday – Thursday will be from 8am – 5pm.
- And Friday will be from 8am – 4pm.
- 40hrs per week.Salary:
- £10,000 – £14,000 per annum.

Progression:
