We are currently looking for an Apprentice Digital Administrator to provide top class cross company support to our busy management, operations, technical and engineering teams.

Vacancy description:

  • Full administrative functions for the various manufacturing areas (work order release)
  • Provide daily status updates for critical and overdue work orders
  • Ensure on time to promise dates are on target and report any misses
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are complied with
  • Maintain awareness of the relevance and importance of activities performed and how the contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives
  • Ensure work order due dates are met and late orders are reported
  • Release work orders to production
  • Drive due date performance of works orders to a maximum
  • Assist in preparing reports for planning team
  • Prepare on time to promise analysis for any missed dates and root cause
  • Active liaison role with clean rooms and ability to work under cleanroom conditions when required
  • Ad Hoc projects as and when required

Desirable skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc Experience of maintenance management system or document control systems would help – but we can teach you this!

Salary:

£14,500 per annum

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday 8.30am until 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am until 1.30pm
