Mhouse Solutions Ltd are an evolving software company based in Motherwell. Due to continued growth they have an exciting opportunity for a new IT Support Apprentice to join their technical team.

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will have a passion and knowledge for IT. Your role will involve setting up and configuring systems and have initiative to learn new technologies to keep up with changing trends.

9AM – 5PM , MONDAY – FRIDAY

Vacancy Description:

• Setting up and configuring hardware
• Installing and testing software
• Troubleshooting and solving client’s IT issues remotely
• Occassional data entry
• Responding to customer technical queries via phone, email and support tickets.

• Salary – 14,000 – 15,000
• Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM
