We are now looking for a Customs Support Apprentice to join our Aberdeen team. You will support the Customs Consultancy team with timely and accurate customs and support functions.

Responsibilities:
- Using CargoWise for creation of customs job numbers and managing monthly sales invoicing
- Manage HMRC MSS reports using Microsoft Excel
- Checking thoroughly shipment documents from client and ensuring it is adhering to HMRC compliance
- Providing high levels of customer service checking with client if paperwork needs amended
- Undertake any required training to a satisfactory level
What we are looking for:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role
- Good organisational skills
- Microsoft skills, preferably with Excel knowledge
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
Salary:
- £19,000 – £25,000 per annum
Working week:
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
