Are you looking to start an exciting career within the field of administration?
WR Windows are a window, door and conservatory company in Rutherglen who are looking to take on an enthusiastic individual to join their admin team. You would start by working closely with the office manager and growing through the apprenticeship to become a senior office worker.

They put a lot of work into the security behind all of their doors, windows and conservatory’s and have glowing customer feedback on the work they do and the customer service they provide.

They are a close group of people working together and you will be given full training as well as the chance to learn, grow and ask questions to develop new skills.

There are set holidays within the role, and you will be given all bank holidays off as well as 2 weeks off in July and 2 weeks off in December.


  • Salary – £10,296 per annum
  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, 32.5 hours per week
  • Chance to work closely initially with office manager and learn new skills
  • Progress onto becoming a senior office administrator
  • Chance to get involved in accountancy within the business and to take up training on this

What will I be doing?

  • Helping to process invoices and issue these to customers on a system called VT
  • File completed jobs and update notes on jobs on a system called LibreOffice
  • Daily emails to be sent on Thunderbird system
  • Review Supplier Invoices and Statements
  • Keeping an eye on diary management to ensure daily tasks can be complete
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Dealing with customers coming into the office
