You’ll meet mentors and buddies who’ll represent the variety of opportunities available across PwC. You’ll meet some of our Female colleagues to hear about their own personal career journeys, as well as from some of our networks focussed on Inclusion and Diversity. Through interactive sessions, the programme will help you to develop confidence in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace. At PwC, we nurture an environment where our people can be the best they can be.

What you’ll do:
You’ll work closely with a variety of people at all grades to learn what it’s like to work at PwC, experiencing first-hand the nature of the work that we do. You’ll choose which office you’d like to come to and which area of the business you’re interested in. You’ll spend time with lots of different people, from graduates to senior leaders, attending meetings and working with our clients and teams to get real exposure to our business.
